Changes to orders
If you wish to change an order, please contact Larry Button & Associates, LLC. We will do our utmost to help. If you contact us within 72 hours of placing an order, we may be able to make changes. However, once the goods are in production with our manufacturers we are bound to accept them, so there may be a cancellation charge to cover our costs. Changing an order may cause a delay to your expected delivery date and may alter the price you have been quoted.
Delivery lead times
You should have been given an estimated delivery time. If it changes, we will let you know. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are beyond our control. If you have any queries about the delivery of your order, please contact Larry Button & Associates.
Please note that when merchandise is ordered at different times, we cannot guarantee exact color matching due to variations between batches.
Domestic Delivery within the 48 Contiguous States
Unless otherwise requested, a provision for delivery to your named forwarding warehouse will be included in your price quotation. Please note that there may be additional charges for some remote locations.
A two person uniformed delivery service is available upon request. This service includes placement of the goods inside the selected room of choice in the residence, two flights of stairs, unpacking, debris removal, and light assembly limited to 30 minutes. Additional charges will be assessed on deliveries that exceed these standard allowances.
All orders at all times shall be insured to maintain Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers’ Compensation (or Occupational Accident Law if allowed by law) and Cargo Insurance in amounts required by law.
Larry Button & Associates, LLC are able to provide a comprehensive delivery service for our luxury beds and furniture to destinations worldwide with our dedicated shipping agents.
All goods are assembled and checked to ensure they are in proper condition prior to being export crated for shipment. Our shippers will deliver and assemble on site for you and shipping costs include fully comprehensive insurance for peace of mind.
The cost of shipping depends on the size and weight of the items, your preferred method of transport by sea or air as well as the final delivery destination. Contact us to discuss your options in greater detail.
Our products are designed with your comfort and style in mind. All products are made-to-order items are not returnable but may be cancelled within 72 hours of order placement.
Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, please contact us at (214) 284-4444 within 7 days so that we may arrange for a replacement.
Our products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for the product's life, subject to the following conditions: warranty applies only to original owner and normal residential use. Defects resulting from negligence, abuse or use in a commercial, hospitality or other non-residential setting are not covered.
