| We are proud to announce our new design collaboration with Nina Campbell and the launch of her Charleston Collection, exclusive to And So To Bed and shown for the first time at the Decorex International Design show. Featuring a stunning centerpiece bed and accessory bedroom furniture, this luxurious collection draws its influence from the decadence of the Art Deco era. Featuring mirror glass, silver lacquered wood and rich dark timbers to create a refined architectural feel, the upholstered elements give the final stamp of luxury to a collection which oozes glamour.

Combining Nina Campbell’s design vision with And So To Bed’s exceptional craft skills, all of the pieces in the collection work separately and together to offer great decorative potential. The range includes the charming ‘Gladys’ desk/dressing table of which Nina Campbell says, “This piece will work equally well in a bedroom, a sitting room or even a small hall. It’s a classic and I love the idea of being able to move it between different rooms and different interior styles.” The ‘Uno’ padded ottoman is another favourite piece of Nina’s, “It’s good looking and hardworking; it provides storage space for extra blankets, but you can also put books or a tray on it, or even use it as a seat. It’s also the best place to fold your bedcover onto at night.” The ‘Claudette’ medium chest and ‘Ella’ bedside chest are also beautiful pieces in their own right. Nina has designed them to work both as independent elements and as bedside tables, saying, “If space is limited, I often recommend using chests of drawers as bedside tables. Bedrooms need plenty of dedicated storage.” The massive ‘Wallis’ wardrobe is a wonderfully luxurious piece of furniture and, in common with all of the Charleston Collection, is as beautifully finished inside and out, with interiors lined in decorative timbers. |
